📢 The Defence Omnibus regarding the EU Transfer Directive has finally been PUBLISHED !

👉 Good news for the EU Industry : broader licence exemptions, expanded use of General Transfer Licences, particularly for intra-group transfers and consortium, and greater recognition of CERTIDER certification.
⌛ But patience is still needed : Member States have until 24.11.2027 to transpose it (and remember, they retain discretion on whether or not to transpose the licensing exemptions) and those measures will need to be applied by 24.02.2028.
