⏳ Are you still waiting on key defense components you ordered from your EU supplier months ago... ?

📋the General License covering the transfer of certain ML items to CERTIDER-certified entities.
If you are CERTIDER-certified, your EU supply chain doesn't need to :
⚡ apply for an individual license,
⚡ wait months and months for a feedback, nor
⚡ estimate a specific value or quantity of items to be transferred.
This is even more crucial when your supplier is a SME as they are not always the best equipped to deal with such administrative burden and complexity. There are currently more than 2 500 SMEs in the EU defence industry !
They will just need to comply with these 3 rules:
👉 Check carefully that they fulfill all the conditions listed in the General License
👉 Notify their authorities of their intention to use the General License prior to the transfer
👉 Provide their authorities with a reporting a posteriori of the transfers performed.
And it could become even more vital: the upcoming EU Omnibus Defense package foresees a complete license exemption for transactions where both the supplier and recipient are CERTIDER-certified !
Yet, across the entire EU, only 82 companies are currently CERTIDER-certified. Below some examples :

📈 Belgium : 12
📈 Poland : 6
Which is still quite low for countries with such an active defense industry !

📉 Czech Republic & Finland : 0
